Aikido
Aikido – A Japanese Martial Art
Aikido means ‘the way of harmonious spirit’
was developed from element of jujutsu and the samurai
sword art of kenjutsu in the late 1920s by Morihei
Ueshiba.
The aim of aikido is to immobilise rather than hurt
or kill while at the same time finding harmony in
conflict and to bring about eventual peace through
understanding of differences that exist in each
of us.
It’s an art that can be purpose by all ages
and can be practice even at old age.
